Duane Ham, a veteran of the Texas rodeo scene and is currently a city councilman for Conroe, Texas. He had the distinction of being the youngest transportation company owner to earn a seat at the Keeneland Thoroughbred Auction in Lexington, Kentucky. After starting a larger, multi-purpose transportation supply company, he diversified his portfolio further by investing in several pharmacies throughout the state, and founded Superior Labor, a company offering workforce services to multi-family construction projects.
After selling Superior Labor, he began working as a legal consultant in the areas of product safety and incident investigation. Perhaps the largest impact he made began when his services were needed in helping ascertain the damage caused by the BP Oil Spill, the largest environmental disaster in American History. Ham brings his regulatory and oversight expertise along with his relationships to ensure Hempliance meets and exceeds law enforcement expectations.
